We are a powerful source of State Farm Insurance and Financial Services on the Pocono Plateau. We provide exceptional service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We grow with and support our diverse community. We build and maintain a well trained and highly motivated team focusing on servicing and providing our customers with reliable and remarkable products. Our customers are our neighbors and their needs are our priority.

Our team is seasoned, sincere and ready to serve your auto, homeowners, life insurance and financial service needs.

I would like to share a little background information about myself and our team members:

  • I was raised in the Lansdale area and attended North Penn High School. After graduation and some working experience in a local machine shop, I attended Edinboro State College for two years majoring in art education. We started a family in 1967 and worked as an account rep with the 3M Company. In 1973 I moved to the Poconos and worked at Pocono Raceway as Executive Assistant to CEO Dr. Joe Mattioli. We started the State Farm agency in May 1978 and still going strong with no plans for retirement.

  • Wendy Serfass, Office Manager and my assistant, was born and raised in Christmans, a crossroad community on Route 903, just west of the agency. She is a graduate of Jim Thorpe High School where she was active in sports, student council and National Honor Society. Her versatility, loyalty and dedication pervades our organization.

  • Sue Miller, born and raised in the Pen Argyl area, has been with the agency since April 2014 and she is licensed in Homeowners, Auto and Life & Health. With her warm, friendly personality, Sue is a delight to work with. Her professional know-how and insurance technical skills are excellent.

  • Sharon Fee is a seasoned professional, as a manager in a Bucks County financial and insurance firm. Now Sharon is working with the Geiser Agency and assisting our customers with any of their daily needs.
